Requirement / Profile

Between 5-15 years’ experience in the IT Industry with at least 5 years of configuring and implementing HIS/RCM based solutions.

Should have a successful track record of being part of Health Care, EMR, RCM application projects in the health care sector.

Should have had international exposure.

Should be strong in verbal and written English communication Should be willing to travel at least 80% of the time.

Should be proficient in SQL and have had hands-on experience in installing and configuring Healthcare application software

Description

Accomplishes Professional Services projects, ensuring that customer solutions are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Performance Indicators are :

  1. Project Delivery – Schedules – Meet or Exceed Baseline contracted Project Schedules – 70%
  2. Customer Satisfaction. Measured through Surveys and/or Change Orders obtained – 15%
  3. Appropriate/Timely Contribution to the Project Knowledge Repositories and adherence to the defined Project and Implementation Methodologies throughout the Project Life-cycle – 10%
  4. Self-Development – Obtain the necessary certifications as relevant to your job – 5%
Responsibilities

Application Implementation / Rollout

  • Be an expert on the product, Understand RCM and Insurance functionalities.
  • Liaise with client and perform Business Analysis, Identify GAP and suggest workaround.
  • Set up the application in multiple environments
  • Configure the workflows
  • Impart end user training
  • Provide on-site, front end application support
  • Troubleshoot application issues and advising the solution.
  • Resolving client issues as possible while on site
  • Document each phase of project

Communication Management

  • Communicate across customer organizational functions at various levels.
  • Seeks reviews, second opinion, advice, and coaching in critical areas.
  • Uses and adapts current HE4 project disciplines and tools.
  • Demonstrates project control to the customer through effective project documentation and reporting.
  • Clearly communicates challenges / shortcomings / issues to customers by assessing causes and implications; recommending solutions, and encouraging shared problem solving.
  • Communicates effectively to internal management.
